Today is the day the big trip begins. 4:30 am UK time. Sarah and I head to Aberdeen so that I have plenty time to get ready for the first leg of the journey to Gymkhana Grid.

But my journey to Marathon, Athens takes a little detour via Paris. All British Airways flights into Heathrow got cancelled so they divert me via Air France and Aegean Airlines.

Follow me on my journey of escalators, waiting and waiting. As I make my way across Europe to Gymkhana Grid to support our Monster Energy Athlete - Luke Woodham.
